Return and Exchange Policy

Returns: You have 1 business day from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Exchanges: You have 3 business days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.

How to Proceed:

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@colorstale.net with your name, address, order number, and a brief explanation for your return or exchange request.

2. Condition of Products: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note, accessories and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Approval Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review it and contact you with further instructions if your return or exchange is approved.

4. Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. Please attach the return receipt to the product when you send it back.

5. Store Credit: We do not offer refunds. However, upon the acceptance of your return, you will receive store credit for a future purchase.
