Returns: You have 1 business day from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Exchanges: You have 3 business days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
How to Proceed:

Contact Us: Email us at hello@colorstale.net with your name, address, order number, and a brief explanation for your return or exchange request.

Condition of Products: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note, accessories and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approval Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review it and contact you with further instructions if your return or exchange is approved.

Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. Please attach the return receipt to the product when you send it back.

Store Credit: We do not offer refunds. However, upon the acceptance of your return, you will receive store credit for a future purchase.
