All our deliveries are handled by DHL, ensuring fast and reliable shipping directly to your doorstep.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the DHL website.
4. How do I place an order?
Simply select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your shipping details and choose your payment method before finalizing your order.
5. How do I make a return or exchange?
Please email us at hello@colorstale.net within the specified time frame (1 business day for returns, 3 business days for exchanges). Include your name, address, order number, and reason for return or exchange. Note that accessories and swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the defect or incorrect item, along with your order number. We prioritize correcting any issues promptly.
7. How are shipping costs calculated?
